1. SCOPE AND OVERVIEW

This Privacy Policy explains how MESH Studios LLC (“MESH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with the MESH mobile application, websites, fantasy sports experiences, social and community features, MESH Coin and Digital Item functionality, brand-sponsored experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that have their own privacy policies. Additional notices or official rules may apply to particular promotions, challenges, or sponsored experiences.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

ACCOUNT AND IDENTITY

Username; first name and last initial; email address; telephone number; date of birth; account identifiers; login and verification information.

COMMUNITY AND AFFILIATION

School, fraternity or organization, squad, league, chapter, alumni, creator, fan, or other community affiliations and roles.

FANTASY AND PRODUCT ACTIVITY

League participation; roster and lineup activity; scores; standings; squad activity; challenges; referrals; reactions; feature usage; Digital Items; Coin balances and transactions; achievements and related activity.

COMMUNICATIONS AND USER CONTENT

Internal chat messages; support communications; reports; usernames; league or squad names; reactions; and other content submitted through the Services.

LOCATION

Precise geolocation if you grant device permission; approximate location; IP-address-derived location; and other location signals permitted by your device settings. Location access may be optional depending on the feature.

DEVICE, NETWORK, AND USAGE

IP address; device type; operating system; app version; browser information; language; device or advertising identifiers where permitted; crash information; logs; session information; referral source; and interactions with features, ads, and sponsored content.

PURCHASE AND TRANSACTION

App-store transaction IDs; product IDs; Coin packages; purchase status; price or storefront information; timestamps; refunds or reversals; and Digital Item entitlements. Payment-card details are generally handled by the applicable app store or payment processor rather than MESH.

ADVERTISING AND MARKETING

Ad impressions and interactions; campaign participation; attribution and measurement information; audience or interest information; and identifiers used for advertising or measurement where permitted by law and platform settings.

FROM PARTNERS AND OTHER USERS

Information received from app stores, analytics or advertising providers, sports-data providers, brands, sponsors, referral partners, community leads, or other users, consistent with applicable law.

3. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We collect information directly from you when you create or update an account, join a squad or league, participate in fantasy activity, use chat, make a purchase, contact support, enter a challenge, respond to a promotion, enable location access, or otherwise interact with the Services.

We also collect information automatically through the Services and may receive information from app stores, sports-data providers, analytics and advertising partners, sponsors, community partners, referral sources, and other users.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

•Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services.

•Create and secure accounts; verify eligibility and age-related requirements; and authenticate users.

•Operate fantasy leagues, squads, scoring, standings, challenges, community features, chat, and social functionality.

•Process, validate, and reconcile Coin purchases, balances, refunds, Digital Item entitlements, personal items, and squad items.

•Use optional location information to support local relevance, community discovery, lead refinement, campaign targeting, fraud prevention, and other location-aware functionality disclosed to you.

•Provide customer service and respond to support, safety, privacy, and legal requests.

•Send transactional communications, product updates, security notices, and marketing communications where permitted.

•Select, personalize, display, and measure advertising, sponsored experiences, brand campaigns, offers, challenges, and promotional content where permitted by law and platform rules.

•Create audience, campaign, engagement, conversion, and performance reporting for MESH and its partners.

•Detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud, cheating, abuse, security incidents, harmful conduct, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms.

•Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

•Create aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information for analytics, product development, business planning, research, and reporting.

5. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Service providers and processors. We may disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, cloud infrastructure, authentication, communications, analytics, attribution, customer support, security, fraud prevention, content moderation, app-store or payment services, and other operational functions.

Other users and community participants. Depending on the feature, your username, first name and last initial, squad or league membership, fantasy activity, standings, reactions, and other social information may be visible to other users. Internal chat content is visible to the intended participants and may be accessible to MESH for moderation, safety, support, and legal purposes.

Brands, sponsors, advertising partners, and promotional partners. MESH may disclose campaign, audience, engagement, attribution, demographic, community, location, contact, identifier, or other information to partners as permitted by law and consistent with applicable notices, consents, official rules, and platform requirements. Sponsors generally may not directly contact individual users through MESH unless the user has separately opted in or the contact occurs through an authorized community lead or other permitted mechanism.

Community, referral, and business partners. We may disclose information to organizations or partners involved in operating a league, referral, chapter, campus, alumni, creator, fan, or other MESH experience, consistent with applicable law.

Legal, safety, and integrity disclosures. We may disclose information to government authorities, law enforcement, regulators, courts, other parties to legal proceedings, or others when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, detect or prevent fraud, investigate abuse, or enforce our agreements.

Business transfers. Personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.

At your direction or with your consent. We may disclose information when you instruct us to do so or otherwise consent.

6. ADVERTISING, PERSONALIZATION, AND YOUR OPT-OUT

MESH may use personal information to personalize or measure advertising and sponsored experiences. Depending on the technologies MESH uses and the law where you live, certain disclosures of personal information to advertising, measurement, or data partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising,” even where no money is exchanged for the personal information.

HOW TO OPT OUT

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or its use for targeted advertising, email support@meshleagues.com with the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out Request” and the email address on your account. We will process your request within the time required by applicable law.

You can also limit mobile advertising identifiers in your device settings, decline App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS, and control cookies in your browser. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from browsers where required by applicable law.

MESH will request platform-level permission, such as Apple App Tracking Transparency permission, where required for tracking under the applicable platform rules. MESH does not intend for a user’s decision to exercise a legally protected privacy choice to result in unlawful discrimination. Certain advertising or personalization features may function differently after an opt-out.

7. LOCATION INFORMATION

If you grant permission, MESH may collect precise geolocation from your device. MESH may also process approximate location or location inferred from IP address or other technical signals. Location information may be used to improve local relevance, identify or refine community and partnership leads, personalize or measure experiences, support fraud and security functions, and provide location-aware features.

You can generally control device-level location permissions through your operating-system settings. Disabling precise location may limit some functionality but should not prevent use of features that do not require location.

8. PURCHASES, MESH COINS, AND DIGITAL ITEMS

When you purchase Coins through Apple, Google, or another payment platform, that provider processes the payment under its own terms and privacy practices. MESH may receive transaction and entitlement information necessary to deliver Coins, maintain balances, determine whether Coins were consumed, process support requests, reconcile refunds or reversals, and administer Personal or Squad Digital Items.

MESH may maintain server-side records linking Coin purchases and uses to transaction identifiers for fraud prevention, customer support, accounting, entitlement management, and refund reconciliation.

9. BRAND-SPONSORED EXPERIENCES AND PHILANTHROPY

If you participate in a sponsored challenge, brand campaign, referral, or other promotion, MESH may process and disclose information reasonably necessary to administer, measure, report on, or fulfill the experience. Additional notices or official rules may describe the information involved for a particular program.

For philanthropy-related experiences, MESH may facilitate communication between sponsors and eligible community or squad representatives and may process information needed to identify a legitimate charitable recipient or donation link. MESH does not provide a sponsor with more personal information than reasonably necessary for the relevant program.

10. CHAT AND SAFETY

MESH operates internal chat and other community features. We may process chat messages and related metadata to deliver communications, maintain safety, investigate reports, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, provide support, and comply with law. We may use automated or human moderation tools where appropriate.

11. COOKIES, SDKS, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

MESH and its partners may use cookies, mobile SDKs, pixels, local storage, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, APIs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand usage, diagnose errors, prevent fraud, measure campaigns, attribute installs or conversions, and support advertising and marketing where permitted.

The specific technologies and partners used by MESH may change over time. MESH will maintain disclosures and consent mechanisms required by applicable law and platform rules.

12. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining account and transaction records, enforcing our agreements, preventing fraud and abuse, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting rights and safety.

Retention periods vary by category and purpose. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it, subject to backup, fraud-prevention, legal, accounting, and technical requirements.

13. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission, storage, or security system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, or information about categories of personal information collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared. You may also have rights to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling and, in some jurisdictions, to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.

You may update certain account information in the Services, control device permissions such as location and notifications, use available account-deletion functionality, unsubscribe from certain marketing communications, and exercise other privacy choices MESH makes available.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@meshleagues.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. MESH will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

15. ACCOUNT DELETION

MESH provides a method to initiate account deletion from within the app. Deleting an account may remove or de-identify account information and may result in loss of access to Personal Digital Items, Coins, league history, chat, and other account-linked features, subject to retention required or permitted for fraud prevention, transactions, legal compliance, safety, backups, or other legitimate purposes.

Deleting your personal account does not necessarily delete a squad or the Squad Digital Items owned by that squad if other members continue to participate.

16. AGE REQUIREMENT

The Services are intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not permit anyone under 18 to create an account. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at support@meshleagues.com.

17. COMMUNICATIONS

We may send service-related communications about accounts, security, league activity, purchases, support, or changes to the Services. If you opt in to marketing email, push notifications, or text messaging, you may change preferences using the methods provided in those communications, the Services, or your device settings, as applicable.

Text messages are sent only with your express consent, which is not a condition of using the Services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

18. INTERNATIONAL USERS

MESH is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where MESH or its providers operate. If MESH intentionally expands to jurisdictions that require additional privacy notices or transfer mechanisms, MESH may provide supplemental terms.

19. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
